About The Band
Run 4 Cover
Not your average cover/bar band!
For more than 10 years, Run 4 Cover has been on a mission to bring people together through the music that shaped our lives.
Over the years, we’ve worked hard to craft a recognizable, danceable, and beloved collection of songs that takes our audiences on a journey back to a simpler time—when the soundtrack of our youth ruled the radio waves. From unforgettable anthems and power ballads to those unexpected gems you may have forgotten about, our song list is built around the music that made the 80s and 90s so memorable.
But Run 4 Cover is about more than simply playing songs. It’s about the memories those songs create. That familiar opening guitar riff. The chorus, you still know every word. The song that takes you back to your first car, a summer night, an old friend, a favorite concert, or a time in your life when things just seemed right.
Our goal every time we take the stage is to recreate that feeling—while delivering the energy, musicianship, and stage presence that keeps people singing, dancing, and having a great time.
After more than a decade, we’re proud of the music we’ve built, the audiences we’ve entertained, and the memories we’ve made along the way. We invite you to come experience Run 4 Cover for yourself and take a trip down memory lane with us.
The music you remember. The memories you never forgot. The soundtrack brought back to life.

Band Member Spotlight
SPRING - 2025
Michael Cell
Drums & BG Vocals
Joined R4C in the winter of 2019
In his early 20's, Michael decided that music was missing from his life. Having learned the basics of reading and playing music in high school, he decided to purchase a drum kit and learn to play the drums. He has been playing ever since. First arriving on the Kalamazoo music scene in a local cover band "ETOH", he later moved to Raleigh, North Carolina and played in a number of different projects including rock covers, rock originals, Americana, and folk rock originals. Now back in Kalamazoo, he has been with Run4Cover for the past 5 years. His rock n' roll tastes are heavily influenced from the 90's and he hopes to bring this style to strengthen the backbone of Run 4 Cover's sound. Currently, you can also find Michael on stage with HairMania as a rotating drummer in their lineup.
